What is diverticulitis?
Diverticulitis occurs when pouches form (diverticula) in the intestinal wall, then inflamed or infected.

What causes diverticulitis?
Doctors are not sure what causes diverticulitis. But they believe that a diet is low in fiber may play a role. Working without the fiber to add bulk to the stool, the colon is harder than normal to push the chair forward. The pressure can bags, such as vulnerabilities caused along the colon.

Diverticulitis occurs when bacteria are trapped in pockets. This can lead to inflammation or infection.

How can we avoid, diverticulitis?
You may refuse to diverticulitis if you drink plenty of water, exercise regularly and eat a diet rich in fiber. A diet rich in fiber, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

I have also heard that you are not supposed to eat the things that hard to digest, such as nuts.
